This development was on a plot adjacent to a semi-detached house. Using modern construction methods, employing structural insulated panels (SIPS), Tudor built a three-storey detached townhouse with high insulation levels and low running costs, essential in today’s environment. This unique home was completed in record time; most notably, the ground construction was finished in five days. The finish was near Passivhaus air-tight standards, supplemented throughout by a fresh-air ventilation system.
