A design and build project to reconfigure a poorly designed existing loft conversion, add a ground and first-floor rear extension, refurbish entirely and reconfigure the room layouts throughout the house. The client is based abroad and therefore relied on us to manage from concept to completion. We created three scheme designs and worked with the client and the architect to meet their desired budget.

I started my building project with a long list of worries/concerns. I live abroad and didn’t know how I was going to project manage my extensive renovation from 6,000 km away. I needn’t have worried. Tudor took control from the outset. The team consulted with me when they needed decisions and worked with me on the multiple issues that such a project invariably generates.
Paul and the team met me on site at short notice when I was back in the U.K. to update me on progress made and next steps. We worked together through the challenges of Covid and the short supply of materials - all the while I was kept informed on the issues faced and what the team was doing to address them.
I am ever so happy with the final building and finishes. Tudor Design and Build were a fantastic team to work with and I would have no reservations recommending them to anyone about to start on a building project.
