We undertook the demolition of a small bungalow to create a new five-bedroomed three-level house. The internal designs included an open-tread staircase in the centre of the ground floor with glass balustrades leading up through all three levels. There was also a beautiful daylight well through the centre of the house. The full width of the ground floor was configured to create a lounge, dining area, kitchen, and family space. The new living space included a family snug, study, garage with utility and cloakroom behind. Full-width glazed rear opening doors led to the patio and lawn and included unique stone windowsills.
The team from Tudor worked on the complete demolition and build for our five-bedroom house design. Working to very high standard that matched our requirements perfectly. The house sold very quickly to a professional couple and Tudor were very willing and responsive in adapting some parts of the specification to the individual requirements of the client.
