Corner plot with planning permission for a pair of 3-bedroom semi-detached houses. Tudor and Cedarwood worked with Sasse design to enhance the planning permission by altering the internal layouts to create a large open-plan living area on the ground floor. And by reconfiguring the first floor and making an additional bedroom. The build took place over the COVID lockdown period, and despite that, the houses were completed with a minimum of delay and sold very quickly. Construction also included extensive ground levelling.
