On the face of it, a simple, small rear extension which, once completed, radically changed the layout and use of the ground floor of this house in a gated development. Initially installed in the front of the house, the kitchen was relocated to the new extension freeing up the front of the house for a convenient office space. There was also room to create a new utility area and improved entrance area.
