I asked Mark to quote for a job and he advised me that I shouldn’t have the work done because subsequent work would ruin it – something I hadn’t realised. Most people wouldn’t have asked the questions Mark did, to uncover the problem. I have also found that product advice Mark has given me has proved to be spot on and Mark’s team can be trusted to do a great job.
